BRUSHLESS BARRIERS
Blue Chip’s brushless range of barriers has set the benchmark for the future of barriers. This unique brushless system would be suitable for intensive use within the commercial and the industrial sector.
RELIABILITY
Blue Chip proposed brushless magnet motor generates no friction or heat and can run non-stop with a duty cycle of 100%. Electronically the controller uses metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) switches, not relays.
BARRIER SAFETY
The barrier encoder reads 4800 pulses per revolution and constantly monitors the position of the beam. If the beam meets an obstacle the unit will reverse without the need for additional devices, coupled with extensive range of additional safety products, including safety beams and safety loops.
EXIT DEVICES AND ACCESS CONTROL SOLTUTIONS
Blue Chip not only provide a range of conventional exit loop control equipment, but more importantly a new generation of electronic sensors which do the job of a loop detector, except better and more reliably. The sensor recognises vehicles by the ferrous content of the car without the need to dig out for an induction loop, unlike conventional loop detectors, the sensor also adjusts for most drainage and access covers.
